Writing · J'étais 'Charlie'

French satire became the subject of major news in January 2015, following the attack on Charlie Hebdo. But its roots are far older, with tabooed caricatures and illustrations dating back to 1829. This project traces some of the oldest forms of democratic satire using a modern publishing and layout tool: Adobe Slate.
